We built this power center for a gentleman that is converting a vintage Fiat from gas to electric power. The OEM wiring harness leaves a lot to desire, so he did a complete layout on a rework on his PC.

He supplied his drawings, the project boxes and some of the relays and sockets. We turned his concept into reality. Note how we terminated everything with plugs so that we can build custom harnesses for each of the accessories when the project is further along. This is one of two such boxes for this project.

We built this relay/power center for a local customer building a custom rock crawler. He supplied us with the aluminum panel with a panel mounted circuit breaker (on the right) already installed. The fuse panel on the left is similar to the one he is using for his EFI ECU so we used it to mock up the component layout.

Note the use of waterproof relays so that this buggy can go nearly anywhere without worry of damage to the electrical system.

We built this power center for customer that purchased both of our automotive wiring books at his local book store and then looked us up for some parts for his project.

This panel offers fused outputs for accessories that require constant power, those that need be switched on with the key in the Accessory position, and those that need be switched on with the key in the Run position. In addition, it offers two 30 Amp relay switched outputs.

We built this power center for a customer with a 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra that has a bunch of aftermarket accessories and needed a place to conveniently source power for them.

This panel offers fused outputs for accessories that require constant power, those that need be switched on with the key in the Accessory position, and those that need be switched on with the key in the Run position. In addition, it offers a convenient place to tie all of the lighting circuits for his aftermarket gauges as well as a grounding stud.

Shown here is a relay panel we built for a DC Audio factory rep in Florida. It allows him to control the output of multiple 4-channel amplifiers for both driving and show modes.

We built this panel for a customer with a 1968 Ford Mustang with a 440 ci SBF that is building a nice little street/strip vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a Moroso switch panel. This panel allows the Moroso switch panel to activate relays to switch far higher current to the accessories than the switches are capable of.

This panel has six relays, which will be used for two electric fans, two electric fuel pumps, an electric water pump, and one spare.

We built this panel for a 1956 Ford F100 truck. This panel has relays for a pair of power windows, a pair of door popper solenoids, and the light flash circuit in the door popper controller.

Our longtime and excellent customer Bill (who owns the55 Ford Customline) is doing a complete electrical makeover for this old Ford. This panel is but the tip of the iceberg for the F100.

We build this kit for a ’65 Dodge Coronet with a big wedge motor.

This Custom Relay Panel Kit includes:

• Dual Tyco 40A Relays to feed a BIG fuel pump
• (4) Tyco 30A Relays – cooling fan, trans cooler fan, water pump, etc.
• Matching 5-position switch panel with illuminated switches and harness.
• The switch panel is sized to fit the stock radio opening in the Coronet.

6- and 7-Relay Panels are our most popular requests. Each takes between 2 to 3 business days to build.

Generally speaking:

• Total current capability of any of the below is 100 Amps between ALL circuits
• Main Fuse Panel to be supplied via 4 AWG Cable to minimize voltage drop (sold separately)
• Main Fuse Panel has (3) spare +12V constant fused outputs on 6 Relay Panels and (2) spare +12V constant fused outputs on 7 Relay Panels
• Switched Fuse Panels afford the convenience of connecting low current circuits that you’d like activated only with the key in the RUN position – 6 individual fused outputs are provided
• Switched Fuse Panels have a total current capability of 40 Amps between all circuits
• Fuse Panels accept ATC Fuses (sold separately) which are widely available
• Relay Sockets add convenience to easily remove/swap relays should that be necessary. We crimp and solder all of the high current connections in sockets to minimize voltage drop through them!
• 10 AWG TXL is used for all high current switch connections to the relays to minimize voltage drop
• 18 AWG GPT is used for all low current coil connections to the relays
• Panel wiring is color-coded to simplify installation:
  • 6 Relay Panels utilize Blue, Green, Brown, Yellow, Orange, and Gray
  • 6 Relay Panels with Switched Fuse Panel utilize Pink (to the Switched Fuse Panel), Blue, Green, Brown, Yellow, Orange
  • 7 Relay Panels utilize Blue, Green, Brown, Yellow, Orange, Gray, and Violet
  • 7 Relay Panels with Switched Fuse Panel utilize Pink (to the Switched Fuse Panel), Blue, Green, Brown, Yellow, Orange, Gray
  • Matching TXL and GPT Wire inAutomotive Primary Wire.
