What is the strongest persona fusion Persona 5 Royal? ›

How to create the best Personas through Fusing in Persona 5 Royal. Excluding Personas obtained through DLC, Satanael is the strongest Persona in the game, boasting the highest raw stats and resistances across the board. Unfortunately, it can only be unlocked during New Game+.

Fusions explained

In short, you can sacrifice two or more of your Personas to fuse them into a (hopefully stronger) result. In most cases, the resulting Persona is only slightly stronger. For example, if you fuse Silky, a level 6 persona, with Arsene, a level 1 persona, the result is a level 7 Succubus.

In order to fuse a Persona, you must be at a high enough level to control it, meaning that you need to be at the same level as the Persona or higher to fuse it. Persona fusions require the base Personas involved in the fusion to be at a minimum level, you can see the required level of each on the fusion screen.

In order to unlock Advanced Fusion, you'll need to reach Rank One with the Strength Confidant by completing a simple fusion request from Caroline and Justine in the Velvet Room. They'll ask for a Jack Frost that knows the ice ability Mabufu.

Usually fusing something from the Fool Arcana with the abilities you want, then use Treasure Demons or weaker Fool Persona to breed it it down to Arsene.

2 Orichalcum

The Orichalcum is the only Treasure Demon that's exclusive to Persona 5 Royal, appearing in Maruki's Palace near the end of the game. The fact that this Treasure Demon is encountered near the end of the game means that most people really won't go out of their way to encounter this enemy.

During a fusion alarm, if the protagonist does two executions in a row using the same device (Guillotine, Electric Chair, or Gallows), a fusion accident will always occur. An accident during the fusion of Personas will result in a random Persona with often extraneous or specific set of skills.

So, should you fuse your personas in Persona? The consensus seems to be that while it is not absolutely mandatory, it is highly recommended if you want to optimize your team's performance. Fusing personas allows you to create stronger allies with enhanced stats and access to more powerful abilities.

It is up to you whether to level up the persona you have up to their last skill unlock or fuse them into better persona. Honestly, I would focus on social link first because of the exp bonus granted from fusion based on social link level. It will save you a lot of time than exp farming.

She is obtainable only through the game's Fusion system in the Velvet Room. She can only be fused when the player is able to create Personas at level 83 or higher, which requires either leveling the protagonist to this level or increasing confidence with Persona 5's Velvet Room jailers, Justine and Caroline.

1 Satanael

Satanael is the ultimate persona of the protagonist and is given to you at the very end of the game. You can fuse him yourself, but only in NG+. Doing so isn't easy, as you'll need a number of high-level personas to fuse, and you'll have to be at level 95 as well.

Like the other Wild Cards' initial Personas, Arsène has been given a boost to compensate the fact that he cannot be fused nor removed. Arsène evolves into Satanael after completing Ticket Quests 42, 43, 44 and 45. He obtains the special skill Revolt Vanguard.

In royal, you can deal around 1 milion damage. The best persona to achieve this is magatsu izanagi. With max baton pass and technical damage and all buff/debuff, hit an enemy on rage status and you are done.

There are several versions of Izanagi available in Persona 5 Royal, the most powerful being Izanagi-no-Okami.

Fusing is key to getting stronger in Persona 5 Royal - always aim to fuse for the best Personas available. Different Personas have unique elemental affinities and spells - some are powerful in any situation. 1 Myriad Truths

It is the strongest magical attack in the game, with a damage output of 200 per strike for a total of 600 per use. That's without the use of any damage modifiers. Myriad Truths is an exclusive skill that can only be used by Izanagi-no-Okami and Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro of the World Arcana.
